New to Instructional Coaching? Starting the Year off Right
This series of trainings is for new instructional coaches who have been in their role for less than two years. Over the course of four sessions, you will identify the skills and techniques required to transition from teacher to instructional coach, explore different coaching models, learn about coaching cycles, discuss adult learning theory, and reflect on strategies to be successful in the role.
