Developing Professional Learning Plans aligned with the District Mission & Vision
This professional learning series is designed to support central office and building level leaders with developing professional learning plans that are aligned with the District Mission & Vision, in support of the implementation of the “CT Guidelines for Educator and Leader Evaluation and Support 2023.” Leadership teams are encouraged to attend to help create a coherent plan that bridges the learning of all adults on site and improved student outcomes. Participants will: Learn about the coherence framework and the foundation it provides for effective learning plans; Align District Mission & Vision with their site efforts; Create aligned learning plans that support the learning of all adults on site, while also focusing on the improvement of student outcomes.
